Oracle Cloud Infrastructure became the AI era's specialist heavy lifter — hosting xAI, Meta and above all OpenAI, whose reported ~$300B multi-year commitment drove Oracle's disclosed future-revenue backlog past $450B in late 2025 and briefly made Larry Ellison the world's richest person. It is the operating partner across the Stargate campuses; the market's main question is the concentration risk of one anchor customer.
