Technology Cooling

The pumps and plate exchangers marshaling megawatts of liquid loops.

You're looking at a technology record: a building block of AI hardware — what it does, who makes it, and which chips and systems use it.

CDUs isolate the clean secondary loop that touches the chips from the facility's primary water, managing pressure, temperature and filtration. In-rack units serve one rack; row-scale units now exceed 2 MW each — a product category that barely existed in 2022 and is now a billion-dollar market for Vertiv, Motivair, Boyd and Delta.
