System AI Server Shipping

One wafer, one box: 23 kW around a single enormous chip.

You're looking at a system record: an assembled machine — a server or a whole rack — with what's inside it and where it's deployed.

The CS-3 packages the wafer-scale WSE-3 with its custom power delivery and water cooling in a 16U chassis. Clusters of them (Condor Galaxy program with G42) reach exaflop class; memory for weights lives in external MemoryX appliances streamed over SwarmX fabric.

Specifications & key facts

Each figure is labeled by basis: vendor spec, vendor claim, reported, estimate, or official. "Not publicly disclosed" means exactly that — we never invent values.
