Constellation's 1,121 MW Clinton plant survived on state zero-emission credits expiring in 2027. Meta's June 2025 agreement buys its clean-energy attributes for 20 years from that date — keeping the reactor open, supporting a ~30 MW uprate, and showing the 'attribute purchase' variant of AI nuclear deals.
