Facts, never advice. Every record reports observations with their basis and as-of date. We do not rate records by attractiveness, and we never tell a reader to buy, sell or hold anything — including on the Stocks page, which exists to map the ecosystem, not to tip.

Neutrality on contested questions. Where the field genuinely disagrees — AGI timelines, the bubble question, export-control effectiveness, machine consciousness — pages present the positions with named holders and dates rather than picking a winner.

News selection. Headlines are aggregated by topic from named mainstream and specialist outlets' public feeds. Every item names its publisher, shows the publisher's own summary, and links to the original article. Inclusion is not endorsement. If real news cannot be pulled, the page shows an honest empty state — never a fabricated or placeholder headline.

AI-written content, labeled. Short data briefs and Ask-the-Data answers are generated with AI from the figures in this database, under rules that forbid advice, predictions and invented numbers. They are labeled ("AI Infrastructure Database Newsroom", basis labels preserved) wherever they appear, and every generated figure carries its as-of date.

Corrections. When a source revises a figure, the record is updated at its next review and the as-of date moves. If you find an error first, use Contact — corrections ship with the next deploy.

Independence. Data display is never influenced by advertisers or partners. If affiliate links are ever introduced, they will be disclosed and marked at the point of decision.
