Chip AI Accelerator Announced

Qualcomm's re-entry into the data center: rack-scale inference from 2026.

You're looking at a chip record: what this processor is, its key specs, who designs, manufactures and supplies its parts, and where it gets used.

After years selling the Cloud AI 100 inference card (used in AWS and Cirrascale instances), Qualcomm announced in October 2025 the AI200 (2026) and AI250 (2027) — full rack-scale inference systems using LPDDR memory for capacity economics, with Saudi AI company Humain as launch customer. Details remain announcement-level.

Specifications & key facts

Each figure is labeled by basis: vendor spec, vendor claim, reported, estimate, or official. "Not publicly disclosed" means exactly that — we never invent values.
