NVIDIA Grace CPU

Chip CPU Shipping

NVIDIA's 72-core Arm server CPU — the host half of every superchip.

You're looking at a chip record: what this processor is, its key specs, who designs, manufactures and supplies its parts, and where it gets used.

Grace is a 72-core Arm Neoverse V2 CPU with up to 480 GB of co-packaged LPDDR5X. Its role is to feed GPUs: paired over NVLink-C2C it gives Hopper and Blackwell coherent access to cheap, low-power memory, replacing x86 hosts in NVIDIA's flagship systems.

Specifications & key facts

Each figure is labeled by basis: vendor spec, vendor claim, reported, estimate, or official. "Not publicly disclosed" means exactly that — we never invent values.
